MACHINE DESCRIPTION
LABEL STORAGE
The machine has 6 columns within which the labels are stacked, and is equipped with electronic devices that control the level of the columns. When the last label in the stack is loaded on the rotating turntable the columns automatically revolve, continuing the production. The system automatically stops when all of the columns are empty. Labels dimensions: min. 25 x 40 mm, max 95 x 105 mm.
DOWNTIME REDUCTION
The stacking columns can be quickly set to match different sizes of labels, and can be loaded while the machine is functioning, reducing costly machine downtimes.
AUTOMATIC LABEL UNLOADING
At the end of the process a pneumatic arm automatically unloads the label from the rotating turntable into a container.
