SLITLABEL TLC

Machine for longitudinally cutting and ultrasonic welding of woven ribbons complete with a video camera with automatic movement of the blades for automated centering of each single track.

The machine is equipped with a video camera and our innovative software that constantly and automatically keep the ultrasonic longitudinal cut in the correct position; each single blade is individually controlled and moved without the need for manual intervention by the operator.

The machine is equipped with a touch screen PC and video camera.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OBTAINED USING THE NEW SLITTING SYSTEM WITH CAMERA

The video camera system allows each blade to be moved automatically and independently to find the correct position without the need for manual handling of the blades by the operator;
Once the type of work to be done is configured, the constant presence of the operator on the machine is not necessary, and a single person can operate on several machines at the same time;
Quick and easy setup and use – even unskilled operators can easily use the camera software and set up the job;
Processed tapes can be saved to PC files and can be retrieved in case of job reordering;
Reduces waste: thanks to the simultaneous control and automatic adjustment of each single blade, the final result is less waste;
TOLERANCE: < 0,5 mm.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

 Photocell which reads the edge of the ribbon at in-feed to precisely allow centering of the cut in case of irregular material;
 Equipped
with a camera and an innovative software that allow the ultrasonic longitudinal cut to be automatically kept in the correct position and controls automatically and individually each single blade without the need for manual intervention by the operator;
 Standard device for waste material recovery;
 The machine is equipped with 10 circular blades (0,3 mm) and 10 blade holders;
 The Control Panel gives the possibility to check and manage the functions of the machine;
 Protections to CE norms;
 Ribbon-roll shaft with a pneumatic brake and expanders that allow the blocking of the ribbon-roll during processing and the quick loading of ribbon rolls;
 Two independent groups for ultrasonic cutting and constant cooling of vibrating parts by compressed air;
 One motorized shaft for rewinding ribbon rolls with pneumatic expanders;
Emergency blocking system if the ribbon cut is not carried out correctly.
