CHECKS THE LENGTH AND WIDTH OF EACH LABEL
The operator can set the tolerance in relation to measurements of the required label. If the label does not conform to these parameters, the machine cuts the label and discards it automatically before it is folded and it is not counted. The incorrect label is separated from the correct labels
IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHECK THE POSITION OF THE LOGO WITH RESPECT TO THE UPPER AND LOWER EDGES
This is particularly useful when the heat cut of the ribbon from the loom or the ultrasonic cut of the ribbon is not straight and the logo on the ribbon is not in the correct position in which it should be
RECOGNISES THE DESIGN OF THE LABEL
If during processing, the operator notices the presence of a defective label, it can be easily marked with a pen on the logo of the label and the camera automatically will notice that the logo is incorrect. The machine will cut the label and discard it automatically as described above

INSTALLATION
OMNICAMERA can be assembled on the cut&fold machines OMNILABEL BASIC, OMNILABEL ELECTRONIC and OMNILABEL LOGIC 2.0 by our technicians who can carry out installation and training
